Ordering & Products
What are your products intended for?
All products sold by Edit Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation. They are not intended for human consumption, clinical use, or the treatment of any condition, and they are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic purpose. Placing an order confirms you understand and accept this.
What compounds do you carry?
Six: Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, NAD+, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C and Tesamorelin. Several are offered in more than one vial size. We would rather carry a short list we can source and document consistently than a long one we cannot — if you need something we do not stock,
tell us and we will say plainly whether we can get it.
Do you publish Certificates of Analysis?
That is the intent, and the
COA library is where they go. It is currently empty because we are a new operation and no lot has completed testing yet — we would rather show you an empty page than someone else's certificates. Until a lot appears there,
contact us with the lot number printed on your vial and we will send the certificate for that specific lot directly.
What purity do you specify?
Our specification is 99% or higher by HPLC, assessed per lot. Note the distinction that matters: a specification is what we buy against, and a certificate is evidence for the vial in your hand. Treat the number on a published COA as the real figure for that lot, and treat any unsupported purity claim — ours or anyone's — as a specification until you can see the document behind it.
Why do some product photos look illustrated?
Because they are. Where we have photographed a specific compound at a specific vial size, you see that photograph. Where we have not yet, you see generated artwork of the label instead. A vial label carries both the compound name and the dose, so reusing one photograph across doses would show you a vial that does not match what you are buying. The illustration is the honest option until the photograph exists.
Do the peptides need reconstituting?
Yes. They ship as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder and need reconstituting with a suitable solvent before use — usually bacteriostatic or sterile water, depending on your application. We do not currently sell solvents or syringes. Our
reconstitution guide covers the technique and the mistakes that most often cost a vial.
Shipping & Delivery
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed on a business day are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with most domestic deliveries arriving 2–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
Is shipping free?
Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $15. Both figures are calculated server-side at checkout, so the total you see is the total you are charged.
Do you ship with cold packs?
Lyophilised peptides do not need them. Dry material is chemically stable at ambient temperature for the few days a parcel is in transit, because the reactions that degrade peptides need water and a properly freeze-dried cake has very little. What matters is what happens after it arrives — see our
storage guide. Reconstituted material is a different matter entirely and should never be shipped without cold chain.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present. We ship within the United States only. Research compounds face genuinely complicated and country-specific import rules, and we would rather not ship at all than have a parcel seized at a border with your money in it.
Payments & Returns
Which payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Solana or USDC), and credit or debit card. Choose the method at checkout; for Zelle, Venmo and crypto you will receive payment instructions with your order number as the reference, and the order is processed once payment clears.
Why is there a fee on card payments?
Card orders carry a 4% processing fee, shown as a separate line before you confirm. Card processing costs us roughly that, and we would rather charge it visibly to the people who choose the convenience than build it into every price. Zelle, Venmo and crypto have no surcharge.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened products — once a seal is broken we have no way to verify how the material was stored, and reselling it would be exactly the practice this industry should not have. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect,
contact us and we will make it right regardless of the window. Full terms are on the
shipping and returns page.
