This site is operated by Edit Labs LLC ("Edit Labs"). By using editlabs.store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order from it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that you are acting on behalf of a research use for which these products are appropriate.
Every product sold here is supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation. None is a medicine, a supplement or a food, and none has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any therapeutic purpose.
You agree that you will not use, resell or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, clinical use, diagnosis, or the treatment or prevention of any condition. You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the material safely and in accordance with the law that applies where you are. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for a prohibited use.
Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. Order totals are recalculated on our servers, so the amount charged always reflects our current pricing rather than the figure a page may have cached.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Solana or USDC) and credit or debit card. Card orders carry a 4% processing fee, shown separately before you confirm. We may decline or cancel any order, including after it is placed, and will refund anything already paid if we do.
We ship within the United States only. Orders of $200 or more ship free; below that, shipping is a flat $15. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Full details are on the shipping and returns page.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned. Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See the shipping and returns page.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
The text, graphics, logos, photographs and code on this site belong to Edit Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
Products are supplied "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify Edit Labs against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, and in particular from any use of a product outside the research-use-only restriction above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
