Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally — import rules for research compounds are genuinely country-specific, and we would rather not ship at all than have a parcel seized with your money in it.

Processing and delivery

• Orders placed on a business day are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Most domestic deliveries arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created, and can also be found on the track order page
• Orders paid by Zelle, Venmo or cryptocurrency are dispatched once payment clears

Delivery estimates are estimates. We cannot control carrier delays, weather or misrouting, though we will help you chase anything that goes astray.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $200 or more — free standard shipping
• Orders under $200 — a flat $15

Both are calculated on our servers at checkout, so the total shown is the total charged.

Condition in transit

Lyophilised peptides are shipped without cold packs. Dry material is chemically stable at ambient temperature for the few days a parcel is in transit, because the reactions that degrade peptides need water and a freeze-dried cake has very little. What matters is storage after arrival — our storage guide covers it.

Returns

What we can accept

• Unopened, sealed vials, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery
• Contact us first at thami.marchan@gmail.com for a return authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and is inspected

What we cannot accept

• Opened or unsealed products. Once a seal is broken we have no way to verify how the material was stored, and reselling it would not be a defensible practice
• Products returned after 14 days
• Products damaged by the customer after delivery

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery — or of the expected delivery date — with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you, regardless of the 14-day window above.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where the return is our error or the product arrived damaged, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund a return we never receive.
